Don't have a smartphone? Not a problem. You can still track your workouts using paper. Print out the workout that you wish to track, write in your stats using a pen, and enter them back into the workout calendar. You can print out a workout tracking sheet from the workout library, or directly from the workout calendar.
Printing From The Workout Library
You may print out a tracking sheet from the workout library using the steps below:
- Click on Workouts > Workout Library in the menu
- Click on the workout you wish to print. It will highlight
- Click on the Print button in the toolbar
Printing From The Calendar
If you have workouts pre-scheduled on the calendar, you may print out a tracking sheet directly from the calendar using the steps below:
- Click on Progress > Calendar Overview in the menu
- Click on the workout name scheduled on the calendar
- Click on the Print button
When you print out the workout tracking sheet, you can choose the format you wish to print:
- Complete Sheet (Premium feature) will include: Workout instructions, exercises with instructions, tracking sheet
- Instruction Only (Premium feature) will include: Workout instructions, exercises with instructions
- Tracking Sheet Only will include: Workout instructions, tracking sheet
You can also choose to not have images displayed on the tracking sheet, to save on ink when printing.
