Sometimes the weighing scale might not be the best metric to benchmark your fitness. As you might be losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time, as muscle weighs more than fat, you might weigh in heavier.
A good way to track body composition changes is to upload photos of yourself in consistent poses over a few months, so you can visually track your body progress.
To upload photos:
- Click on Progress > Progress Photos in the top menu.
- Click on Add More Photos.
- Select multiple files and click Upload.
There is a size limit of 4MB per upload. You might wish to resize your images prior to uploading, as large files may take too long to upload, causing the application to time out.
