About Exercises

The Online service contains over 300 exercises for you to track. You can also create your own library of custom exercises to track as well.

Viewing Exercises

To view the exercises available in the system, just visit the Exercise Library within the Workouts tab. You will see two tabs in here: Exercise Library and Custom Exercises.

The Exercise Library is a list of all the system exercises. You can search for an exercise by name, or by body part.

The Custom Exercise library is a list of all your own custom exercises.

Creating My Own Custom Exercises

Your custom exercise library will initially be blank. You can create your own custom exercise by clicking on “Add new Custom” – You will be prompted with a pop up to give this exercise a name, a description, the primary body part it works out, and the Exercise Type. The Exercise Type will dictate how stats can be tracked for this exercise, and the options are as follows:

  • Strength– Track reps and weights (ie. Dumbbell Bicep Curls)
  • Endurance – Track reps only (ie. Pushups)
  • Cardio – Track time, distance, calories burnt, level (ie. Treadmill)
  • Timed – Track seconds for a position held (ie. Planks)
  • Timed strength – Track seconds for a position held holding up a weight

Viewing an exercise

If you wish to view the details of an exercise under the Exercise Library, search for it by name, or by body part, and then click on the name to view the details. To view the details of a custom exercise, navigate to the Custom Exercises tab, and then click on the View button for that specific exercise.

Deleting an exercise

To delete a custom exercise, click on the exercise name first, and then click Delete. The exercise will then be removed from your library and cannot be used again. All the past stats for this exercise will still be saved and can be viewed from the workout calendar within any past workouts the exercise was performed.
