To build a workout, go into your Workouts > Workout Library and click on the Build Workout button. You will need to decide if this workout will be a Regular Workout or a Circuit Workout. The type of workout you select will determine how the exercises within this workout will be displayed to you on the Mobile site or printed tracking sheet, to track.
Once you determine what type of workout you are building, add in the exercises that make up this workout.
