Graphing exercise stats

The workout calendar gives you raw data of exercise data for any given day. You can view graphs of your exercise progress within the Graph Exercise Progress section, available within the Progress tab.

You can graph progress over time by either setting a date range at the top, or by selecting one of the preset options of 3 Months, 6 Months, YTD (Year to Date), or Max (goes as far back as you’ve tracked). You will be able to view progress for the following:

Graphing By All Performed Exercises

View progress for all the exercises you have ever performed and tracked. The exercises displayed are grouped by Strength, Endurance, Cardio, Timed and Timed Strength.

Strength Exercises allow you to graph progress of the following:

  • Max Weight – View progress of the max weight pushed for each exercises
  • Max Reps – View progress of the max number of reps pushed for each exercise
  • Load – View the progress of the overall load pushed for an exercise. The reps and weight are multiplied for each set so you get an idea of overall progress of an exercise. This is a Premium feature.

Endurance Exercises allow you to graph progress of the following:

  • Max Reps – View progress of the max number of reps pushed for each exercise

Cardio Exercises allow you to graph progress of the following:

  • Time – View progress of the duration of each cardio exercise performed
  • Distance – View progress of the distance completed for each cardio exercise performed
  • Level – View the max level performed for each cardio exercise over time
  • Calories – View the calories burnt for each cardio exercise

Graphing By Bodypart

Graph your progress for all your exercises performed broken down by body part. For each body part you select, you will be shown a list of exercises completed that worked out that body part.

Graphing by Exercise Type

Graph your progress for all exercises performed broken down by the exercise type: Strength, Endurance, Cardio, Timed, Timed Strength

Graphing By Workout

Graph your exercise progress of all your workouts. If you notice one of the exercises in a workout beginning to plateau over time, it may be time to switch up that workout
