How do I add/edit/delete cardio activity

If you need to perform advanced routines like a cardio/weights split, or require cardio activities viewable directly on your calendar without having to create a cardio workout, a Premium account will enable you to log cardio activities directly.

To add, edit or delete Cardio activity stats:

  • Go into Progress > Calendar Overview.
  • Click on a day and select "Add Cardio".
  • Select name of cardio activity to add and click Add.
  • Fill in your cardio stats and click Save.

Before adding the cardio stats to the Online calendar, you will need to track the stats during your workout using a printed tracking sheet. To learn how to print out workout tracking sheets, see How do I print workouts to track at the gym
