If you need to perform advanced routines like a cardio/weights split, or require cardio activities viewable directly on your calendar without having to create a cardio workout, a Premium account will enable you to log cardio activities directly.
To add, edit or delete Cardio activity stats:
- Go into Progress > Calendar Overview.
- Click on a day and select "Add Cardio".
- Select name of cardio activity to add and click Add.
- Fill in your cardio stats and click Save.
