Cancellation
Cancellation of your NextGen or Premium subscriptions is possible at anytime from within your account settings.
To cancel premium service:
- Go under your Billing section under My Accounts
- If you are currently an active Premium member, you will see a Cancel link. Clicking on this will Cancel your subscription.
Once your account is cancelled, your Gym Technik Premium Content will remain stored on the Gym Technik servers. You may renew a Gym Technik premium account at any time to gain access again to your Gym Technik Premium Content. Once premium is cancelled, you can continue to use the balance of your Premium subscription. On expiration, your account will be downgraded to a Basic account, where you can still continue to use Gym Technik through its basic functionality.
Once your account is canceled your credit card will no longer be billed for the service, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period.
Refunds
Gym Technik does not issue refunds for the remaining partial Premium subscription left on your account.
