After months of usabilty tests, design revisions, and field tests, we are happy to announce that we have now released the Gym Technik Next App for the BlackBerry Storm. We are particulary excited for this launch because the Storm handset allows for an extremely sleek look given the extra screen real estate, and seamless usability with it's elegant touch screen interface.
We had posted preview screen shots of the Storm app just last month, to which we received a wave of e-mails from members around the world requesting to beta the app as we sorted out the kinks. It is thanks to these members around the world, and of course the rest of you that has provided us with feedback the past few months, which has brought us to this announcement today.
The Gym Technik NextGen app for the BlackBerry Storm is now available for download. After my own run at using the app on the Storm, I can truly say that we are positioning NextGen to be one of the leading fitness apps for the BlackBerry Storm. To try out the NextGen app for your Storm, review the instructions to download, and the minimum requirements at our BlackBerry download page. Please take note that this launch is only available for BlackBerry Storm owners running OS4.x and is not compatible with OS5 or Storm 2. The OS5 and the Storm 2 app will be launched in January 2010.
